Hi, I’m Skyler Stillings. Growing up immersed in fitness, I watched my dad climb summits and my mom build her personal training business right out of our garage, sparking my early passion for movement, health, and human performance. I became a multi-sport athlete and went on to play collegiate basketball—only to have my career cut short by a life-altering surgery that left doctors telling me I’d never run again.
That experience reshaped my path and fueled my dedication to helping others realize their potential, no matter the limits life may impose. Since then, I’ve completed marathons, triathlons, and challenging hikes, proving to myself and others that resilience and perseverance redefine what’s possible.
Today, I’m committed to guiding others to their own breakthroughs as a performance coach, helping clients build strength, confidence, and the mental toughness needed to overcome obstacles.
